We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India. International shipping is not available at the moment but will be announced once active.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once it is shipped.
3. Shipping Duration
• Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days.
• Express Delivery (if applicable): 2-4 business days (available in select locations).
Note : Delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
• Free Shipping on all orders.
• Only Return shipping fee of 10% is applicable for orders below ₹999.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track your order from the "Track Order" section on our website.
6. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability, we will contact you to re-attempt delivery. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
